1. Lessons of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract (order) without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the date of receiving the last component / goods to you or your designated third party.

The period of withdrawal is maintained, if send notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before they expire deadline for withdrawal.

2.Dôsledky withdrawal

After the withdrawal and delivery of complete goods will refund any payments that you made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, particularly the purchase price including the cost of delivering the goods to you. It does not cover additional costs if you choose another type of delivery as the cheapest conventional method of service that we offer. Payments will be refunded without delay, within 14 days the manner you chose during withdrawal.

Payment for purchased goods will be paid after receipt of the returned goods back to our address or on submission of documentary proof of sending the goods back, whichever comes first.

3. A process of returning the goods at withdrawal

Products from which you want to cancel please send to:  EnzyVit Ltd., Captain John Nálepku 867 92522 Veľké Úľany, ID: 50157540 , no later than 14 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The deadline shall be deemed to be respected if send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Direct cost of returning goods shall be borne by you.

Please take note that under Section 7, ods.6, letter i.)
